At Kaʻū Coffee Roasters Cafe, we stand behind the quality of everything we ship, and we want every customer to be delighted with their order.

All Sales Final — Except for Damaged or Defective Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item/packaging

We’ll review your claim and, upon approval, offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

Refunds

Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
