Kaʻū Coffee Mill

We use Kaʻū Coffee Mill coffee, whose beans are roasted just miles from where they’re grown — in the mineral-rich volcanic slopes of Mauna Loa. Their beans are hand-picked, sun-dried, and slow-roasted in small batches. Behind every cup is a story of generations, community, and the spirit of aloha.
